What is the standard turnaround time?
Standard service is ready within 24 hours of pickup and is included in your selected cleaning price.
Can I request same-day service?
Yes. Priority same-day Rush Service is available for a one-time $15 fee per booking, not per item. It is subject to availability, and exact timing is confirmed after review.
Is pickup and delivery included?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free throughout Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Essex, Bergen and Union Counties.
How do payments work?
Customers select services and turnaround in the booking form, then pay the calculated total securely through Stripe. The form charges the customer when the booking is submitted.
Do you guarantee every stain or odor will be removed?
No. Results vary based on materials, age, condition, manufacturer restrictions and the type or severity of stains and odors. Complete removal of every stain, odor, allergen, germ, residue, discoloration or pre-existing condition cannot be guaranteed.
Do you repair, inspect, install or certify car seats?
No. Buckle Up Clean provides cleaning services only. We do not repair, modify, install, inspect or certify child safety seats for crashworthiness.
Can an item be declined?
Yes. Expired, recalled, structurally damaged, crash-involved, mold-contaminated, incomplete or otherwise unsuitable gear may be declined.
What am I responsible for after the item is returned?
Before use, inspect the item, confirm that all parts are present and correctly positioned, test straps and fasteners, and install or secure it exactly as directed by the manufacturer. Do not use gear that appears unsafe.
Do you offer daycare discounts?
Yes. Qualifying daycares, preschools and early learning centers can receive fixed facility-only partner pricing for batch or recurring service. Visit the Daycare Partners page or call 862-662-0054.
